Dispatch and delivery

Orders placed before 14:00 IST on a working day are dispatched the same day from Bengaluru. Others go the next working day.

Delivery is typically 2–4 days to metros and 4–7 days elsewhere. The pincode checker on each product page gives an estimate for your address before you order, including whether cash on delivery is available on that route.

If delivery fails

Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. We will contact you on WhatsApp or by phone after a failed attempt to arrange a re-attempt.

If all attempts fail the parcel returns to us. For prepaid orders we refund in full once it arrives back. For cash on delivery there is nothing to refund, but repeated failures may affect whether cash on delivery is offered on future orders.
