How a refill subscription works
You choose a product and an interval. Each cycle we charge the saved mandate and dispatch the product, at a standing discount off the one-time price.
A subscription is never created without an active payment mandate you have authorised, and a charge never happens without us notifying you first.
Before every charge
We send a pre-debit notification ahead of each charge, as required for recurring payments in India. If we cannot deliver that notification on any channel, the charge is deferred rather than taken silently.
You can skip a cycle, change the interval, change the address, pause, or cancel at any time — from your account or by replying to the WhatsApp message. Skipping does not require logging in.
[VERIFY] Current RBI e-mandate parameters, including the value threshold requiring additional authentication, must be confirmed in writing before launch.
If a payment fails
A failed charge does not cancel your subscription. We retry on a published schedule and tell you each time. If it still fails, the subscription pauses and can be restored in one tap — we never cancel it on your behalf.
